Registration

The ASWC2008 conference early registration is now open online.

After completing the payment, you can either upload the proof of payment or fax to Miss Sireekant Wongpan, the ASWC2008 conference secretary.

NOTE: Please note that At least one author of the paper MUST register for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the program and published in the LNCS proceedings.

Conference Fees

Fees for visitors from Europe, Japan, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong

Non-student	20,000 Baht	22,500 Baht

Fees for visitors from other countries

The online registration system will be provided during the registration period.

Note: A (Non-student and student) registration covers welcome reception, daily lunches and tea breaks, banquet dinner, conference souvenir and conference proceedings.

Workshop Fee

The workshop attendance fee is 3,000 Baht regardless of the number of workshop(s) attended.

Note: Workshop registration covers workshop proceedings, one lunch and two tea breaks

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and transfers must be received in writing. For cancellations received prior to November 15, 2008, we will refund registration cost, less a 4500 baht administrative fee. We are unable to make refunds after November 15, 2008 but will gladly transfer your registration to a colleague if the request is made in writing.

No-show Policy
In the event of no-show, we reserve the rights not to deliver the conference proceedings.
